Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At Fussion Automation, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our Refund and Return Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for products or services purchased through us.
Because we deal in export–import goods, our policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness while considering international trade standards.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described in the invoice or contract.

  • The issue is reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

⚠️ Note: Certain items (custom-ordered, perishable, or specially manufactured products) are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide details such as order number, photos/videos of the issue, and proof of delivery.

  3. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange for return shipment or advise the appropriate return address.

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected by our team.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method (or as agreed).

  • Shipping, customs duties, or handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • In case of partial returns, refunds will be made only for the returned items.

If refund delays occur due to bank or payment gateway processing times, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

5. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can provide:

  • A replacement product of the same or equivalent specification subject to availability.

  • If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a credit note or partial refund as per agreement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the packaging and the product upon delivery.

  • Report the issue immediately to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will coordinate with shipping/logistics partners to assess and resolve the issue quickly.

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are typically non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Perishable goods or products with short shelf life.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

  • Services, consultancy, or documentation fees already rendered.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once goods are dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • For service contracts, cancellation terms depend on the specific agreement signed.
