Fussion Automation provides export-import services, including sourcing, logistics, documentation, shipment, customs clearance, etc. We will provide these services in accordance with the terms agreed with you.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk
We will make reasonable efforts to ship goods as agreed, but shipment dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss, damage or delay may arise from factors beyond our control customs, transport, force-majeure. Unless agreed otherwise, risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier or as per the applicable contract.
You should inspect goods upon arrival and report any damage or shortage to us and the carrier without delay.

We warrant that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care according to industry standards.
Except as explicitly stated, all other warranties implied or statutory are excluded.
We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, damage or claim in connection with our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for those services.
We will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, business interruption or reputation loss.
8. Termination
We may terminate our services or suspend website access immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination your obligations (such as payments due) will survive.
9. Intellectual property

10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
